Storm Drum is an upgrade for

Butterfly Shot.
Description[ | ]
Adds a storm cloud to Butterfly Shot which deals 45 damage per stage, up to a maximum of 90 damage. The cloud has 200 attack speed (150/300 DPS), lasts 2 seconds, affects all targets in a 7.2 radius and has a cooldown of 4.8 seconds. The damage caused by the cloud scales with team levels.
